These internships typically allow nursing students or recent graduates to work in medical settings abroad, gaining exposure to different healthcare systems and patient populations. The program helps participants develop cross-cultural nursing skills, improve language proficiency, and build a global network. Interns may assist with patient care, health education, and community health initiatives under the supervision of experienced professionals.

You'll also engage in educational sessions and may be assigned small research or quality improvement projects, all under the guidance of a supportive preceptor.
