The Quality Control Inspector II is responsible for inspecting and evaluating fabricated steel products to ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry codes. This position performs dimensional inspections, visual weld inspections, and non-destructive testing (NDT) using ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and liquid penetrant testing (PT) while operating under the requirements of a fully certified Level II Inspector.

The Quality Control Inspector II supports production by coordinating quality activities, maintaining inspection records, communicating quality concerns, and working closely with production leadership to ensure product quality, efficient workflow, and on-time delivery. This role exercises independent judgment regarding product acceptance and has the authority to stop production or reject nonconforming material when necessary to protect quality and customer satisfaction.
