Job description

We are seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and experienced Injection Molding Setup Technician to lead our floor operations. You will be responsible for the complete setup and teardown of molds, optimizing machine performance, and supervising production staff to ensure high-quality output. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Mold Setup: Set and pull injection molds safely on presses ranging from 50-ton to 1000-ton capacity.
  • Process Optimization: Troubleshoot machinery, adjust processing parameters, and maintain continuous production cycles.

Knowledge required:

- Forklift operation

- Injection mold types

- Resin types and properties

- Mold processing
