Mold Maker/Machinist

Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot injection molding and thermoforming molds to ensure optimal production performance.
-Operate and maintain tool room equipment, including mills, surface grinders, EDM machines, and lathes.
-Inspect and evaluate molding stacks to identify service needs and perform necessary repairs.
-Read and interpret engineering drawings while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
Required Skills & Experience
-Previous experience repairing and maintaining injection molding molds in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
-Ability to operate manual tool room equipment, including mills, lathes, surface grinders, and EDM machines.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with solid math fundamentals.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience operating or programming CNC machining equipment.
-Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspection and quality verification.
