Description
Infor is searching for Foundation Team Representatives to join our full-time sales development program in Atlanta, GA in October 2026. This is a 3-month training program based in Atlanta. Upon completion of the milestones that measure program completion of cross-functional learning, representatives will have opportunities to transition into a Business Development Representative role that best compliments their skillset and will fill a real business need across industries where there is current demand.

Infor's Foundation Team prepares you to be on the front line with Infor's Americas Field Organization. You will be learning on-the-job about Infor solutions, targeted verticals, and how to sell - while supporting our field teams. The Foundation Team provides candidates with a high-visibility career path into sales.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Learning sales methodology and the art of customer engagement
  • Developing professional skills and demonstrating value
  • Building core knowledge in Infor's industry solutions and developing functional/technical skill sets
  • Hands-on learning through shadowing, contributions back to the business, and customer engagements

Basic Qualifications:
  • Eligible for full-time employment for October 2026
  • Enrolled in or completed a degree, certification program, or workforce training program
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred Majors: Human Resource, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or Sales
  • Relevant experience or internships in prospecting, inside sales, business development, direct sales, or IT consulting
  • Enterprise Resource Planning background or cursory knowledge in similar business applications
