Job description

Pay: $20.00/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am - ย with overtime as needed including Friday

Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Job Type: Internship - not benefits eligible

Job Duration: Approximately 12 weeks (June through August)

Internship Goals:

  • Learning departmental processes and procedures
  • Identify, develop, and deploy your personal leadership style within a high-demand distribution facility
  • Develop the skills needed to prioritize and delegate daily workload to ensure completion and accuracy
  • Identify your โ€œTeam Relateโ€ types and how to use them to be successful
  • Identify and contribute to any department related CI projects

  • College Junior or Senior working toward management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar degree program
