Job Overview:

This position will assist the Program Planning Team with all logistics relevant activities at MBV. The intern's role will be to observe, support and learn critical points under the direct guidance of a professional specialist or manager. The intern will be encouraged to be creative, innovative and resourceful as assigned tasks are carried out and completed in production logistics. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a tracking and reporting tool
  • Process improvements
  • Sequencing system tracking development
  • Other activities as assigned
  • Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently attaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics or in a related Engineering field required
  • Experience in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Supplier Quality is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Languages: Spanish and/or German is a plus but not a requirement
  • Specific areas of interest are logistics, procurement, order management, supplier development & supplier quality
  • Applicants must be able to work full-time at the plant
Preferred Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in University, in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree, or recent graduate
- A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
- Available for a minimum of 6 months
