Job description

Your Contribution:
As a Logistics Customer Service Representative intern, you will support daily customer and logistics operations by ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and efficient coordination between internal teams and external customers. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting overall supply chain performance.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accuracy of order entry, scheduling, and fulfillment.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on order status, shipments, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting on key performance metrics such as delivery performance and customer service levels.
  • Assist with problem-solving activities related to order discrepancies, billing issues, and logistics challenges.

Your Experience & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or interest in logistics, supply chain, or customer service operations.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel preferred).
