Academic internship with possibility of extension


As an Administrative Assistant Intern within the Products and Solutions Vice-Presidency, you will contribute to carrying out various administrative activities within your unit. Your role involves supporting the management team and providing the required administrative and secretarial assistance. When needed, you will also provide administrative support to other resources within your unit. You will collaborate in coordinating, planning, and prioritizing management activities. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders. More specifically, you will be called upon to:

  • Support the management team in managing and tracking their schedules
  • Perform various secretarial tasks, including drafting, formatting, updating, producing, and proofreading documents from different sectors
  • Carry out various administrative tasks related to internal management (tracking requests, managing invoicing, etc.)
  • Ensure document management and file updates (filing, access control, document circulation, archiving, etc.)
  • Prepare for and attend various meetings, including management committee meetings
  • Participate in organizing the logistics of different events (team meetings, committees, workshops, travel, engagement activities, etc.)
  • Provide support to team members regarding information searches, operational processes, and information systems
  • Collaborate with administrative assistants within the Vice-Presidency
