  • Postsecondary education in a relevant field (technology, industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, administration, or management) or significant supervisory experience
  • More than 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic, fastpaced, and constantly evolving environment
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Interest in ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities
  • Availability for day/night rotating shifts
  • Supervise, support, and lead a team of production employees
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engagement standards
  • Monitor shift productivity and adjust resources, priorities, and planning to meet targets
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to team members
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (suggestions, problemsolving, process optimization)
