A day in the life.
As our Claims Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, you'll provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support in accordance with claims and customer service requirements. You'll assist with claim intake, documentation, follow-up, and communication with internal and external stakeholders involved in the claims process.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Basic understanding of Automobile Liability, General Liability, Property, and Workers' Compensation

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field
  • Internship or office experience in insurance, claims, customer service, or administration
  • Prior experience working in a team-based professional environment
  • Licensed Property & Casualty Agent preferred
