At Village Ranch we help transform lives. We’re seeking a Residential Mental Health Practitioner to provide therapeutic services and support for youth in residential care.

What You’ll Do:

Lead individual and group sessions weekly

Develop and review treatment plans

Support family reunification during placement transitions

Supervise and mentor residents daily

Document progress and maintain treatment records

Minimum Education Required

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences OR equivalent coursework + 2,000 hrs supervised experience

Practicum/internship in behavioral sciences

Age 21+ with valid driver’s license

Ability to work with diverse populations and families
