Finance Internship Summary:
  • Provides hands-on experience within a healthcare finance environment while working under the guidance of finance leadership and team members.
  • Assists with financial reporting, general accounting functions, bank reconciliations, budgeting activities, audit preparation, and financial analysis.
  • Gains exposure to hospital finance operations, revenue management, financial controls, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develops analytical, communication, and professional skills in a collaborative healthcare setting.
  • Supports special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must reside in Florida.
