100% ONSITE - HUNTSVILLE, AL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES: All Points is seeking a Specification Database Analyst to support Boeing programs at the JetPlex facility in Huntsville, Alabama. The selected candidate will serve as the primary administrator and technical expert for the IBM DOORS requirements management infrastructure supporting engineering stakeholders, specification change teams, and digital engineering modernization efforts. This role is responsible for administering and supporting IBM DOORS Classic while assisting with the planning and transition to DOORS NextGen. The selected candidate will manage users, access controls, schemas, baselines, partitions, requirements data, interfaces, and engineering workflows while troubleshooting tool issues, automation scripts, database concerns, and operational requirements management activities. THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. CANDIDATES THAT DO NOT CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE CLEARANCE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. The Specification Database Analyst will work closely with government customers, engineering teams, technical leadership, and tool development personnel to maintain and modernize requirements management capabilities supporting complex engineering programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Administer IBM DOORS Classic and support transition planning activities for DOORS NextGen * Manage user permissions, access controls, folder structures, views, links, schema configurations, and requirements management workflows * Support specification change teams by creating change sections, assigning data IDs, managing requirements data, and supporting interface documentation * Maintain specification baselines and apply approved baseline updates * Generate, deliver, receive, import, and manage requirements data partitions * Support engineering teams with requirements management best practices and tool usage * Collaborate with software and tool development teams to build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot automation scripts and system extensions * Troubleshoot DXL scripts, Java extensions, application defects, and backend database issues * Resolve data integrity and corruption issues while supporting multiple concurrent engineering users * Coordinate with government customers, contractor teammates, technical leadership, and cross-functional engineering personnel * Support Digital Engineering modernization initiatives and requirements management transformation activities * Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guidance materials EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 6-12 years of relevant experience supporting requirements management systems, database administration, engineering tools, digital engineering environments, systems engineering, configuration management, or related technical disciplines SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS: Required Technical Skills: * IBM DOORS Classic * Requirements Management * Requirements Traceability * Specification Management * Database Administration concepts and principles * User Administration and Access Control * Baseline Management * Data Partition Management * DXL troubleshooting and support * Requirements and Interface Management * Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis * Engineering workflow support * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives Additional Technical Experience Preferred: * IBM DOORS NextGen * DXL development and customization * JavaScript * Python * OSLC * REST APIs * Digital Engineering * Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) * Configuration Management * Linux environments * Windows enterprise environments * Requirements database migration activities * Tool development and automation support * Proposal support and technical volume development Additional Experience Includes: * Missile Defense Agency (MDA) experience * Department of Defense engineering environments * Classified systems support * Digital Engineering transformation initiatives * Systems Engineering support * Cross-functional engineering collaboration * Enterprise engineering tool administration * Complex requirements management environments SECURITY CLEARANCE: * U.S. Citizenship required * Active Secret clearance required COMPENSATION: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications Positions with All Points are full-time, direct hire, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
