Your role and responsibilities The Technical Lead will serve as the primary technical authority for a classified program, overseeing the design, development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical systems and solutions. The Tech Lead ensures technical excellence, alignment with customer requirements, and compliance with all security and program constraints. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly secure, fast-paced environment. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise • At least three (3) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management • Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle • Experience explaining complex problems in the simplest possible terms • Experience designing and integrating multiple systems, services and applications • Experience and knowledge of various architecture patterns such as microservices • Experience with designing and implementing cloud-based solutions • Experience architecting solutions for Salesforce and ServiceNow • Experience in developing/supporting complex technical solutions. • Must have TS/SCI w/FSP Day 1 "Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients in the workplace, subject to business needs. This role is designated as fully on-site and requires physical presence in the workplace five (5) days per week."
