Job description

We are seeking an experienced Account Representative II for a Manufacturing Industry. This field sales and account management role is ideal for a bilingual sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business, and growing market share across an assigned territory.
This opportunity offers the chance to represent a respected manufacturing environment with strong market presence, supportive leadership, and a collaborative team culture. The role is highly customer-facing and well-suited for someone who is motivated by business development, consultative selling, and long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and execute territory business strategies across the Puerto Rico market.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into new business opportunities, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing automotive collision repair and refinish customers.
- Conduct value-based selling by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Forecast sales, track market opportunities, and support continued territory growth.
- Travel locally throughout Puerto Rico for customer visits, prospect meetings, and territory development.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate: $42 per hour.
- Initial 6-month assignment with potential to continue for up to 2 years based on business needs.
- Company vehicle provided for business-related travel.
- Daily local travel throughout Puerto Rico required.
