We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Email Marketing Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-impact email campaigns, from technical coding and troubleshooting to strategic optimization.
The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a sharp eye for responsive design, and has a deep understanding of email compliance and deliverability.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy complex email campaigns using HTML/CSS and advanced personalization (AmpScript).
Technical Optimization: Ensure flawless rendering across all devices and clients using tools like Litmus; troubleshoot coding issues and manage responsive templates.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to manage project timelines, align on business goals, and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a "zero-error" standard by rigorously testing links, tracking tags (GA/GTM), and compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations.
Project Management: Self-manage workflows within Jira to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within allocated hours.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise:
Platforms: Deep experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), Responsys, or similar enterprise ESPs.
Coding: Advanced proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and AmpScript (or similar scripting languages).
Tools: Experience with Litmus, MovableInk, and project management software like Jira.
Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Adobe Analytics.
Bonus: SQL knowledge and Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.
