Our EQUIMETRE and EQUISYM sensors measure physiological, locomotor, and GPS data during training, while our analytics platforms transform this data into actionable insights.
With a primary focus on the trainer segment, we already support leading stables in France, the UK, the US, Australia, and the Middle East. To sustain our rapid international growth, we are hiring a Sales & Client Success Manager to strengthen and expand our trainer client base. The start date for this position will be in September.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Client Success Manager to join our US Sales team. As such, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new US customers with a particular focus on racehorse trainers. You will boost EQUIMETRE's business proposition. This position would be in direct contact with our sales team under the direction of the sales manager.
What you'll be doing is...
Reporting directly to the CEO and the Head of Client Success, you will play a key role in growing and retaining our trainer customer base.
  1. Business Development
    • Identify and engage new trainers and stables
    • Conduct on-site demonstrations
    • Manage the full sales cycle
    • Increase the number of devices per client

2 . Customer Success & Trainer Experience
  • Onboard new clients and ensure proper setup
  • Build strong relationships with trainers and their teams
  • Ensure the product is used effectively in daily training routines
  • Drive renewals and long-term engagement
  • Identify upsell opportunities

3. Support & day-to-day operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for client support
  • Help resolve usage issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Ensure a smooth and reliable experience for trainers
  • Follow up proactively with clients

4. Field presence
  • Be regularly present on the ground (tracks, stables, trials)
  • Represent Arioneo in the local racing ecosystem

5. Market feedback
  • Share structured feedback from trainers to product and marketing teams

Requirements
Sales Representative Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the horse racing industry (contacts in the US would be a big plus)
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to close deals
  • Autonomous and comfortable in a field-based role
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working with trainers or veterinarians (strong plus)
