Build a strong foundation in finance while helping turn accurate data into practical business insight.

As a Financial Analyst, you'll support the day-to-day financial processes that help our team make informed decisions. You'll work closely with experienced finance colleagues and cross-functional partners, gaining hands-on exposure to order processing, month-end activities, and reconciliations. This is an opportunity for a finance professional who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close activities in accordance with established timelines and controls.
  • Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Review and process sales orders in line with financial policies, approval requirements, and internal controls.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to help resolve order-processing issues and maintain accurate financial information.
  • Assist with audit requests, and documentation supporting compliance activities.
  • Learn and apply relevant company policies, systems, and finance best practices.

What You Bring

  • Experience through a finance, accounting, co-op, internship, or similar role is preferred.
  • A foundational understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables; an interest in developing stronger analytical skills.
  • Exposure to financial or ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle is an asset.
  • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or other data-visualization tools is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accurate work.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and work effectively with colleagues across functions.
  • A proactive learning mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance.

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range:

$60,800.00 - $85,500.00
