Job Description

Experience level required:

Overall 8+ years of relevant industry experience

Experience in design / development with Angular JS for at least last 2 years including deep understanding of underlying framework, development experience on the critical Angular components like directives, routes, services, factories, etc.,

Experience with test driven development approach specifically on automated unit testing in Angular using Jasmine / Karma / Protractor

Experience in design / development with other JavaScript based frameworks / front end technologies like JQuery, Bootstrap, packaging tools (Node JS, Gulp, Grunt, Bower, etc.), templating frameworks (Angular templates, Google Closure, Mustache, Handlebars, etc.) for at least 3-4 years

Experience in working on complex (enterprise grade) projects preferably end user facing enterprise web applications with following characteristics:

  • Rich user interface
  • Large user base with high number of concurrent users
  • High availability
  • Business Transactions centric User Interfaces preferably in Corporate Banking domain (e.g. corporate loans, corporate payments, treasury and cash management, etc.)
  • Responsive web design catering to multiple device types

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks especially in front end layer

Experience in appropriate tools (specified in skills & expertise below)

Experience as technical lead / Architect showcasing aspects like defining high level design, framework design, laying down guidelines and best practices, coding and unit testing, code reviews, providing solution to non functional requirements (like compatability, performance), interaction with client, etc.

Proven experience in working on greenfield projects involving quick learning on the job

Expected to be hands-on as this role is 70-75% of core development in individual capacity

Excellent communication skills

Experience in working with Agile Development methodology and familiar with the development lifecycle and with relevant tools (preferably JIRA or others like Rally)

 Responsibilities:
