Job Summary:

They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to work in Huntsville, AL, responsible for engineering support of an advanced visual analytic application, developing data analytics, and designing enterprise database systems.
Responsibilities:
• engineering in support of an advanced visual analytic application
• developing data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software
• facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing
• using the specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies
• establishing an application that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of structured and semi-structured data
• designing strategies for enterprise database systems and setting standards for operations, programming, and security
• designing and constructing large relational databases
• integrating new systems with existing warehouse structure and refining system performance and functionality
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Top Secret Clearance; This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• At least eight (8+) years of experience providing data engineering or related work
• Knowledge of ETL, Informatica, Linux
• Robust decision-making skills and domain knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of experience
