Job description

Data Center Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Data Center Implementation Project Manager to join our Operations team at Introl. In this role, you will lead the execution of complex data center infrastructure projects across multiple sites, managing full project lifecycles from design coordination and procurement to deployment and commissioning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to deliver high-performance computing environments at scale with precision and excellence.

This position requires a strong background in data center or mission-critical project delivery, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, technical environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on operational execution and continuous improvement.

Who We Are

At Introl, we specialize in large-scale GPU cluster deployments, managing and optimizing infrastructure with over 100,000 of the most advanced GPUs available today. Our mission is to power the frontier of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing by blending cutting-edge hardware with world-class infrastructure execution.

We donโ€™t just connect GPUs โ€” we design, finance, and operate highly coordinated deployments at scale, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections and navigating the complexities of data centers around the globe. From concept to completion, our team ensures every deployment runs at peak efficiency and reliability.

Ranked #14 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of Americaโ€™s Fastest-Growing Private Companies, Introl continues to accelerate the future of compute with precision, innovation, and execution at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of data center implementation projects across multiple sites, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control for infrastructure deployments and colocation fit-outs.

Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and vendors to align all project deliverables.

Participate in design reviews to ensure constructability and compliance with Introl standards.

Oversee contractors, vendors, and commissioning agents, ensuring adherence to safety and quality expectations.

Monitor OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) equipment delivery and site integration readiness.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change logs.

Anticipate and resolve technical or logistical challenges with sound judgment and attention to detail.

Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, safety, and compliance.

Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Support the continuous improvement of Introlโ€™s project management tools, workflows, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

3โ€“6 years of experience managing or coordinating infrastructure or construction projects, preferably within data centers or other mission-critical facilities.

Strong computer proficiency โ€” comfortable managing complex data, documentation, and reporting systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills โ€” able to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members across all levels of the organization.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and commissioning.

Proficiency with project management software (Smartsheet, Procore, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel up to 50% to active job sites nationwide.

Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.

Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally when needed.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
