About the Team:

Clients rely on the Expert Call Services team to deliver fast, meaningful insights from industry-leading expert voices by researching, recruiting, and recommending profiles for one-on-one consultations. Through collaboration, creativity, and determination, every team member becomes an extension of the client's research team.

About the Role:

Our Associates are the driving force behind the transcripts on our platform! We're redefining how investment research is done by fostering a high-performance culture. By connecting with industry experts, our Associates help grow our content platform and disrupt the status quo in the investment research/expert network industry.

Who You Are:
  • Experience in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar - gained through internships, extracurricular leadership, or up to 12 years of full-time experience.
  • Comfortable with strategic sourcing and cold outreach - experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage C-level executives.
  • High energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude - we have fun here, and want you to as well!
  • Persistence, drive, and a goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt and improve.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and prospect industry experts for our customers on critical, time-sensitive projects.
  • Creatively investigate, identify, and source industry information and experts using various tools.
  • Contact top decision-makers and C-level executives across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Connect investors with these decision-makers to help them make the best-informed decisions.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment.
  • Control your earnings potential by exceeding quotas and staying ahead of monthly metrics.
  • As you advance and master the role, you have the opportunity to move into customer-facing account management where you will interact daily with global institutional investors & hedge fund managers, leading project management and primary research efforts.

Total Compensation Range: $52,500-$71,500 (includes base + uncapped variable incentive) For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
