About the position This is the role for someone straight out of university who wants to build a career in B2B marketing at a high-growth tech company and learn faster in two years than most people do in five.

We’re the retail media infrastructure powering the next generation of sponsored ads for retailers and marketplaces working with some of the biggest names in retail in a category that’s growing faster than almost anything else in advertising.
 
You’ll join as an Growth & Marketing Manager reporting directly to our CMO and working closely with the wider leadership team. From day one, you’ll be deeply involved in campaigns, events, content, and go-to-market execution while learning how a modern B2B marketing engine operates at scale.
 
As the company grows, the role will grow with you. The expectation is not that you already know everything, but that you learn quickly, take ownership early, and develop into a future marketing leader inside the company.
This role is built for graduates who want steep learning curves and early responsibility. Over time, you’ll take ownership of larger initiatives, run projects independently, and grow into a more senior role within the company.
You’ll work closely with experienced operators, get exposure to executive-level decision-making, and develop a deep understanding of how high-growth B2B technology companies scale. Your responsibilities You’ll support the execution of Pentaleap’s marketing activities across campaigns, events, content, and social media. This is a highly hands-on role designed for someone who wants exposure to every part of modern B2B marketing instead of being limited to one narrow area.
You’ll work directly with experienced operators across marketing, sales, and leadership while taking ownership of projects early on.
What You’ll Do
Campaigns & Growth Marketing
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels including email, LinkedIn, events, ABM initiatives, and direct outreach.
  • Help coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and external partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and help analyse what is driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Research target accounts, industry trends, and competitive positioning within the retail media ecosystem.
Events & Operations
  • Help organise Pentaleap’s presence at conferences, customer dinners, webinars, and industry events.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, outreach, follow-ups, and event materials.
  • Support on-site execution during major events including Cannes Lions and retail media conferences.
  • Assist with post-event reporting, lead tracking, and follow-up processes.
Content & Brand
  • Help create content across LinkedIn, newsletters, blog posts, customer stories, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Turn product updates, customer wins, and market trends into engaging content.
  • Support the CEO and leadership team with external-facing communication and storytelling.
  • Ensure Pentaleap’s messaging stays consistent across channels and touchpoints.
Social Media & Research
  • Support Pentaleap’s social media presence including post creation, publishing, and reporting.
  • Track relevant conversations in retail media, ad tech, and e-commerce.
  • Research industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging trends to help inform marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Your profile
  • Recently graduated or about to graduate from university.
  • Relevant internship experience in marketing, consulting, startups, SaaS, ad tech, or e-commerce.
  • Strong academic background with evidence of initiative outside university through internships, side projects, student Experience with Canva, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • organisations, entrepreneurship, or similar experiences.
  • Interested in marketing, startups, technology, retail, advertising, or how internet businesses grow.
  • Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • A strong communicator and genuinely good writer.
  • Curious, ambitious, and excited by steep learning curves.
  • Native or near-native English. German is a plus.
