Job Description:

Transform technology into opportunity as a Foundry/Gotham Developer at GDIT. Shape what's next for mission-critical government projects while designing and delivering Palantir-based data solutions that enhance operational insight, accelerate decision-making, and drive mission success.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Foundry/Maven Developer at GDIT, you will support the mission of U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) through the development and sustainment of data-driven applications, workflows, and operational solutions within Maven Smart Systems and Vantage platforms.

  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot solutions within Maven Smart Systems (MSS) and Vantage platforms.

  • Build custom solutions leveraging Foundry and Gotham capabilities integrated within Maven.

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain workflows, data integrations, and visualizations across MSS and Vantage.

  • Build data pipelines, ontologies, dashboards, and applications that improve visibility, coordination, and decision-making.

  • Develop front-end components and web-based interfaces using Typescript and React.

  • Assist with system configuration, data ingestion, and troubleshooting for operational users.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement fixes, and provide technical support.

  • Generate technical documentation and guidance.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with data engineering or platform integration (API work, data pipelines).

  • Ability to diagnose technical issues across multiple system layers (software, data, user workflows).

  • Experience in cloud-hosted or distributed systems environments.

  • Familiarity with Foundry or Gotham development workflows is preferred, but experience with similar platforms (enterprise data ecosystems) is acceptable.

  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems such as Maven Smart Systems and Vantage.

  • Experience with modern web development (Typescript, React) for front-end or workflow UI development.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to support operational users in technical environments.

  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience

  • Technical skills: Data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data ingestion, Ontology design, data modeling, TypeScript, React, Dashboards, visualizations, and workflow automation, API integration and system troubleshooting

  • Security clearance level: Secret

  • US citizenship required

  • Must meet DoD 8570 Level II requirements: CompTIA Security+ CE (minimum).

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
