Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups.
  • Assess the skill levels of clients and tailor lessons accordingly.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve golf techniques.
  • Develop personalized training plans and goals for clients.
  • Organize and conduct golf clinics and workshops.
  • Maintain golf equipment and training area.
  • Stay updated on golf industry trends and teaching methods.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
  • Proven experience as a golf instructor or golf teaching professional.
  • Deep knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze and correct golf swings.
  • Golf teaching certifications (e.g., PGA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Patience and a passion for helping others improve their golf game.
