Supporting an iconic skincare brand, you will contribute to product launches, marketing activations, business analysis, and cross-functional projects while developing a strong understanding of brand management in the beauty industry.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Marketing Intern, you play a critical role in supporting brand management activities. You will be reporting to the Brand Manager, and you will:

  • Support the development and execution of brand initiatives.
  • Create and update sales and marketing materials.
  • Support the design and coordination of marketing campaign assets and flyers.
  • Coordinate sampling activities and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Support market analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare business data and presentations for internal stakeholders.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a proactive and analytical team player, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are proactive, curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty.

  • Currently enrolled in a business-related degree, ideally with a specialization in Marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and take a solution-oriented approach.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.

If you're ready to support and shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team!
