Marketing Intern (m/f/d) –  Fragrance Brands

Darmstadt – 6 months internship

Join Coty's our team in Darmstadt and gain hands-on experience in brand management for internationally recognized fragrance brands. In this role, you will support product launches, marketing activations, consumer promotions, and business analysis while working closely with experienced Brand Managers and cross-functional teams.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Marketing Intern Consumer Beauty, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the full marketing mix. You will be reporting to the Brand Manager, and you will manage:

Brand Marketing & Product Launches

  • Support the planning and execution of product launches.
  • Assist in developing presentations for new product introductions.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and campaign deliverables.
  • Contribute to brand-building activities across multiple channels.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Support business reporting and performance tracking.
  • Analyze consumer, category, and sales data.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Support POS activations, promotions, and consumer campaigns.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a proactive, analytical and marketing-driven student, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are curious, collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (minimum 3 semesters completed).
  • Strong interest in Brand Marketing and Consumer Beauty.
  • Previous internship or practical experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
