Welcome to the world of land-based gaming. At Light & Wonder, it's all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.

Position Summary

Bring our games to life by assisting team leads with the day-to-day running of projects and execution of project processes, record keeping, tracking and coordination. Work in a collaborative small team environment with a group of exceptionally talented artists, animators, software engineers, and game designers to provide the best gaming experience for the slot player. The ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure is crucial.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Keep close track of project schedules, milestones, and project objectives. Able to mdetermine project risks and communicate them.

  • Facilitates discussion between project members to advance projects and resolve debates.

  • Create and run project SCRUM sprint and daily meetings on a regular basis.

  • Create, transition, and clarify project tasks with project members and stakeholders.

  • Responsible for setting up meetings, distributing highlights, and tracking action items

  • Document and record project notes and information in an organized and transparent fashion.

  • Maintain and complete various project or process related forms and documentation.

  • Regularly creates and provides reports of project status and timelines to stakeholders.

  • Must be able to occasionally attend early morning or late evening meetings that are held with members in different time zones.

Qualifications

Training and/or Experience

  • 1 year of professional project management/production work/internship experience.

  • Gaming experience desirable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; Microsoft Project a plus.

  • Ability to learn new tools.

  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

  • Analytical and critical thinker.

  • Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team.

  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Aptitude for problem solving.

  • Self-directed, highly motivated, thorough and accurate, ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
