Job Summary:
Kinsei Recruitment is working with a client that is building essential zk-rollup infrastructure for Ethereum, focusing on cryptography and blockchain technology. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building technology infrastructure, defining architecture, and hiring technical talent for innovative projects in the Web3 space.
Responsibilities:
• Build out our technology infrastructure, from our core smart contracts (Cairo) to our SDKs (Python, Docker) including low-level optimizations for latency and robustness
• Help define the overall architecture of our solution and set up development processes that enable us to continue to iterate rapidly
• Think from first principles to tackle challenges at the cutting edge of cryptography, smart contracts and data - prioritizing safety and robustness
• Hire the brightest and most ambitious technical talent to come work with you
Qualifications:
Required:
• >3y experience as a full stack developer, with a focus on backend, preferably at a startup or tech company
• Having worked on challenging backend problems before (we'd like to see some examples on your resume)
• Experience with Python and Docker
• Passionate about Web3, ideally with previous professional experience in the space.
