Location: 100% Fully Onsite in McLean, VA No relocation

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience using a modern programming language (Python or Java).

  • Core Tech: Strong proficiency with Git (2–3 years in team environments), SQL, Pandas, and Unit Testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, JUnit).

  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of fixed income concepts (duration, convexity, spread, and Option-Adjusted Spread / OAS).

  • Preferred Pluses: Shell scripting, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), GAAP accounting fundamentals, or quantitative graduate degrees/certifications (CFA, FRM, CPA).
