Summary

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer - Hybrid Gold River, CA at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Most importantly, you'll have the chance to grow and develop as a professional through our exceptional developmental opportunities. 

You will serve as a senior Full-Stack Developer responsible for building UI components, data pipelines, and AWSbased integration layers that extend and enhance our Amazon Connect contact center platform. This includes working with CTR data, agent event streams, and custom Reactbased agent experiences.

Your role in our mission
  • Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools.
  • Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows.
  • Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis.
  • Implement data ingestion and transformation patterns for CTRs and agent events.
  • Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices aligned with AWS WellArchitected principles.
  • Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization.
  • Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer
  • Support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture).
  • Handson experience with Amazon Connect (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization).
  • Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals.
  • Experience with eventdriven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge).
  • Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS security best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Gitbased workflows.
  • Preferred AWS Certifications: Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional.

  • HYBRID ROLE: Considering applicants who live within a 30+ mile radius of Gold River, California who are able work onsite 2 days per week 
  • Minimal Travel Required - Occasional travel opportunities (0-10%).

The pay range for this position is $81,900.00 - $117,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
