Job Summary:
The Nagler Group is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate is a Senior Developer with hands-on machine learning experience in production environments, focusing on maintaining and expanding existing LLM-based applications.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluating Generative AI systems for financial earnings call summarization, including topic extraction and Q&A chatbots.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines for 40,000+ annual events, including real-time audio processing and automatic speech recognition (ASR).
• Implementing advanced language models (e.g., LLMs using LangChain) to generate insights.
• Maintaining internal leaderboards for task-specific benchmarks (e.g., using Hugging Face Spaces) to inform model selection and performance improvements.
• Work involves Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and advanced NLP techniques to generate insights, sentiment analysis, and topic extraction.
