 Seeking Software Engineer responsible for full-cycle systems development activities, including software design, development, integration, testing, and deployment to launch new systems and enhance existing systems. The role also includes 3DEXPERIENCE platform integration using REST APIs and participation in the MLOps cycle.
 

Responsibilities

  • Perform software design, development, integration, systems testing, and deployment activities.
  • Develop applications using full-stack Java technologies.
  • Work across front-end, back-end, and database tiers.
  • Plan and deliver integrations using web services and APIs.
  • Integrate the 3DEXPERIENCE platform using REST APIs.
  • Work on data extraction, analysis, model training, deployment, and retraining.
  • Formulate new use cases based on business understanding.
  • Manage GitHub code merges and resolve merge conflicts.
  • Create pipelines using Jenkins and/or Tekton.
  • Support application containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Integrate GCP tools such as GCS, BigQuery, and DataFlow into existing workflows.
  • Configure infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines using Terraform.
  • Work according to Agile methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle

Experience Required

  • 3+ years of progressive IT experience.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack Java technologies.
  • Experience with Angular and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Experience developing in front-end, back-end, and database tiers.
  • Experience with integration planning and deliverables, including web services and APIs.
  • Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform integration using REST APIs, including API design, consumption, authentication, data exchange, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience or knowledge of the MLOps cycle.
  • Knowledge of Python and pandas, NumPy, SciPy, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency with Git/GitHub, including code merges and merge-conflict resolution.
  • Awareness of Docker/Kubernetes and Jenkins/Tekton.
  • Some expertise with GCP and integration of GCS, BigQuery, and DataFlow.
  • Awareness of configuring infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines using Terraform.

Skills Required

  • Core Java (Java 11-Open JDK), Angular 8, Spring Boot 2.x, REST API integration, 3DEXPERIENCE, GitHub, Jenkins, Relational Database, GCP, Data/Analytics dashboards

 Experience Preferred

  • Experience or knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
  • Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.
