We're driven by our bold vision of a future with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion. As we push forward into an era of vehicle intelligence and digital engineering, automated workflows that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science are a cornerstone of our strategy.

We are seeking a highly collaborative Lead FullStack Developer to guide a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing, and maintaining the production interface for our automated systemparameter optimization framework. This role requires deep fullstack expertise, strong architectural judgment, effective team leadership, and crossorganizational collaboration. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for a broad user community, providing administration, onboarding, documentation, and issue resolution. In this role, you will help sustain adoption and operational continuity while partnering with users, leadership, and technical stakeholders to improve data quality, resolve issues, and deliver impactful enhancements.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with partners and customers to define requirements, scope work, and deliver features.

  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend and backend systems.

  • Design, query, and optimize relational and nonrelational databases.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of highquality UI components, APIs, services, and data models.

  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to engineers across the team.

  • Drive improvements in performance, reliability, observability, and security.

  • Lead integration efforts with cloud platforms, thirdparty services, and internal systems.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and operational excellence.

  • Lead technical roadmaps and strategic planning.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of unit, integration, and endtoend tests.

  • Document technical decisions, system architecture, and development processes.

  • Lead application governance and administration, including user onboarding coordination, access/setup support, release validation, and communication of announcements and updates (including forums with senior leaders)

  • Develop and maintain documentation, training content, workflow guidance, and self-service materials that help users understand utilization, expectations, and standard operating practices.

  • Maintain and improve the user experience by supporting recurring office hours, answering user questions, and coordinating follow-up sessions to resolve tool and workflow gaps.

  • Prioritize and triage issues and new feature requests. Own backlog refinement translating needs into requirements and implementable tasks.

  • Support program execution visibility by spot-checking data quality, driving cleanup when statuses or task data are incomplete, and helping end users correct errors in application usage and reporting.

  • Lead and/or Support awareness-building activities such as road shows, symposium content, demos, and adoption communications to increase understanding and engagement across multiple organizations.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer

  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex cross-functional tools, business processes, or technical operations

  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders, communications, and user support across multiple teams

  • Experience working with data quality, reporting, or operational metrics

  • Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining data visualization dashboards (e.g., PowerBI)

  • Ability to convert business needs into clear requirements, refined backlog items, and actionable work packages

  • Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

  • Strong expertise in backend development (Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or similar).

  • Deep understanding of API design, distributed systems, and microservices.

  • Strong expertise with relational (SQL/PostgreSQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases and data modeling.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization.

  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
