Ready to Take the Wheel and Keep Warehouse Operations Moving at Full Speed?


Hop into the driver's seat as a Forklift Operator-the powerhouse behind keeping products moving fast and efficiently! You'll be cruising the warehouse using single, double, and standard forks on sit-down forklifts, picking items with precision and speed. This role is perfect for someone who's reliable, quick to adapt, and thrives when things get busy. If you're detail-driven, can take the lead with minimal direction, and enjoy a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you'll fit right in. You'll report to the site supervisor and play a key role across multiple locations, keeping operations running smoothly wherever you're needed. This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position. 


  • Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 
  • Receive weekly pay 
  • Starting Pay $19.75 hourly 


Primary Job Duties:

  • Operate 5K and 12K Forklifts 
  • Utilize Single-Double Forks 
  • Load and unload trailers 
  • Complete Rack Put-away 
  • Stack and move pallets 
  • Cylinders (Kitting & Non-Kitting) 
  • Combi operations 
  • Operate Roll Clamp 
  • Unload stone from rail 
  • Receive and process shipments using RF Scanners 
  • Use proper handling instructions per product specifications 
  • Document product damages as they are identified
  • General housekeeping duties in production areas 
  • Comply with and adhere to all safety policies and regulations 
  • Perform proper forklift inspections and adhere to all forklift operating guidelines and procedures

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) 
  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • 1 year Warehouse Experience (preferred) 
  • 1 year Forklift (5k or higher) Experience Required 
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to walk, bend, lift, and sit throughout the duration of the shift
  • Must be flexible with working in multiple site locations 
  • Pre-hire Drug Screening Required
  • Background Screening Not Conducted
