We are seeking an entry-level to early-career Software Developer to join our software engineering team and help design, build, test, and maintain software applications that support mission-critical systems. This role may include front-end, back-end, testing, or integration work depending on project needs and the candidate's experience.

In this role, you'll work closely with other engineers to develop reliable, maintainable software solutions while continuing to grow your technical skills. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Basic understanding of APIs, web applications, or software systems.

Ability to learn new technologies, tools, frameworks, and project domains.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship, academic, personal project, or professional software development experience.

Experience with back-end frameworks, databases, or cloud technologies.

Desire to grow and continue advancing with the company in the long-term.

Location: Contractor site in Annapolis Junction, MD. Hybrid possible.
