Key Responsibilities:ย 

The Junior Business Process Automation & Workflow Analyst will support Alpha Omega's corporate operations by helping design and automate internal workflows that improve efficiency and process management. This role focuses on identifyingopportunities for automation and supporting the development of workflow solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and related automation technologies.ย ย 

The Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, document workflows, and assist in developing technology-driven solutions that streamline internal operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in process improvement, automation tools, and business workflow design.ย ย 

  • Work with internal teams to identify and document business processes that require automationย ย 
  • Assist in designing workflow solutions to improve operational efficiencyย ย 
  • Support development of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps or similar toolsย ย 
  • Document process requirements and workflow diagramsย ย 
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholdersย ย 
  • Help test and refine automation tools and workflow designsย ย 
  • Assist with documenting and improving internal operational proceduresย ย
