Developers will continue to adapt by learning new skills and working alongside AI technologies.

What engineer makes $500,000 a year?

Highly experienced software engineers, especially those in senior or specialized roles such as machine learning engineers or technical leads, can earn $500,000 or more annually, often through a combination of base salary, bonuses, and stock options. Such compensation typically requires extensive expertise, advanced skills, and working at large tech companies or startups with significant funding.

Is 23 an hour good for an internship?

For a Software Engineering internship, $23 per hour is generally considered above average in many regions and reflects competitive compensation for entry-level technical roles. Factors such as location, company size, and required skills can influence whether this rate is appropriate, but it typically aligns with industry standards for internships involving programming, debugging, and software development tasks.
