Job description

TekPro Support Services, (TSS) LLC is seeking a Data Analyst for the DC area. Candidate will provide mid-to-senior level data analysis, business intelligence, and application support to the FBI. The position will support operational reporting and process improvement through the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and related data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations supporting warehouse operations, Bumart, and unit statistics.
  • Develop and support Power Apps and related workflow solutions, including loading dock reservation and scheduling capabilities.
  • Analyze operational data and translate business requirements into effective reporting and technology solutions.
  • Support the FedEx and Toner programs, including customer service, issue resolution, data analysis, and presentations to field offices. (This covers the entire FBI)
  • Work directly with government stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and implement practical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data, reporting, and application issues and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Develop documentation, user guidance, and presentations as needed.
  • Manage multiple priorities with limited supervision and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or application development/support.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, workflows, and data-driven business solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with government customers and translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs is preferred.
