  • Build and automate geoprocessing workflows in ESRI Workflow Manager and Python; develop custom tools and interfaces in JavaScript and Java

  • Apply Human Systems Integration principles so interfaces match operator workflows, reduce task time, and minimize training burden
  • Harden all applications and services against DISA STIGs and the DISA Application Security and Development STIG; support scan remediation, POA&M inputs, and RMF evidence for authorization packages
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, release notes, and system operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing with ESRI technologies: Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro / Desktop tools, and ESRI Workflow Manager
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java
  • Experience with software system design, web and database technologies, and OGC services
  • Working knowledge of geospatial data standards, data dissemination architectures, and Human Systems Integration practices
