Job Responsibilities:

• Scan and monitor global game/ IPmarket with members of the Business Development team
• Researchand analyzeContent and Consumer industries (games, entertainment, films/Drama, etc.) investment trends, with a particular focus on IP.
• Provide support documentation forstrategic analysis,investment review,and case studies etc.
• Study and evaluate potential partners, game studios and IP holders, and providing support to Tencent management for business decisions

Who We Look For

• University undergraduate orMBAstudent, ideally from business administration, management or finance related major
• Strongbusinessanddataanalysisskills;priorconsultingorstrategyprojectexperience(e.g., internship withconsulting companies, well-known game companies/Internet company strategy departments, investment banks, and PE/VC) preferred
• Excellentmaterialwriting ability, excellent execution
• Ability to take initiatives and drive to insights, owning workstreams end to end
• Avid gamer and genuinepassionforgames,curiosity about the broader entertainment industry and willing to share (we need "your perspective")
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit, resilience
• ProficientwithAItoolsandfamiliarwithAIworkflowautomation

US-California-Los Angeles, US-California-Palo Alto, US-New York State-New York, US-Washington-BellevueThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $24.81 to $42.70 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
