Job Description
Position Summary:
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and contribute to a key project focused on process improvement within the department. This position will be based onsite at Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds located in Los Angeles, CA. This summer internship is a 6 to 10-week program.
Duties and Responsibilities -
  • Assist with organizing, reviewing, and analyzing financial and operational data
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
  • Assist with Oracle ERP process flow testing
  • Perform data validation to ensure system accuracy
  • Document testing steps and results clearly
  • Support process improvement initiatives as needed
  • Maintain organized records of testing and validation activities
  • Identify discrepancies and report findings to the Accounting/Finance team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program.
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong Excel skills (data organization, formulas, sorting, filtering, basic analysis)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured processes
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour
