Position Summary...What you'll do...IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE Join a highimpact engineering excellence team focused on driving optimized performance across our facility. In this role, you'll lead datadriven improvements, strengthen process consistency, and partner closely with area leaders to reduce loss and elevate overall network performance. If you love eliminating variation and building sustainable processes, this team is where you'll thrive. What You'll Do
  • Lead the use of process improvement tools and methods-including 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, time and motion studies-to eliminate Quality losses and deviations within the assigned functional area.
  • Deliver functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creation of standard work to reduce process variation.
  • Support review and execution of Qualityfocused process improvement projects and provide input for divisional focused improvement opportunities.
  • Manage project execution for top Quality losses, build capability in area managers and associates, and support deployment of Quality Excellence and WPS programs.
  • Create Quality loss profiles, develop performance metrics, complete gap analyses, and support WPS integration and associate engagement efforts within the department.
  • Lead Qualityrelated savings projects by removing loss from processes and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress tracking, and identification of improvement opportunities.
What You'll Need
  • Hold a 4-year engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical/Computer, Chemical or Civil Engineering).
  • Have strong technical application experience, covering:
    • Python, Java, C+, or C.
    • Google BigQuery or SQL.
    • Power Bi or Tableau.

  • Have experience in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Supply Chain operations, (internship experience is welcome).

  • Are highly skilled in KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creating standard work to drive consistent operational results.

  • Thrive in environments that require problemsolving, change management, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Have experience supervising or developing associates and enjoy coaching others to build capability.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Graduate Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
