Job description

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collaborate closely with IR/BD team members and senior leadership on fundraising support
  • Assist with master roadshow calendar
  • Monitor public LP meeting minutes, board documents, and investment committee materials to flag mandate changes, allocation decisions, and new alternatives approvals relevant to the firm's strategy
  • Organization of fundraising process leveraging CRM (meeting notes, investor tracking and report creation)
  • Preparation of fundraising plans, marketing materials, presentations, one-page summaries, performance tables and due diligence documents
  • Assist with answering day-to-day investor inquiries
  • Ad hoc and special projects as needed
  • Timely and accurate completion of investor question responses, diligence requests (RFIs, RFPs, DDQs) and follow-up items from both investor and internal meetings
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of quarterly reporting for various investment entities, coordinating with compliance and client service for error-free, on-time delivery to investors

Requirements:
  • Current junior undergraduate student
  • Strong Excel and excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Solid communication (written & oral), organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and urgency
  • Desire to join a growing asset management platform with highest ethical and performance standards
