Launch your international career with TRUMPF through our 21-month Sales & Service Graduate Program. Gain hands-on experience across marketing, sales, and service functions while collaborating with teams in the US, Germany, and other global subsidiaries. What We're Looking For
  • Educational Background - Master's degree in economics, engineering, business administration, technical business administration, or a related field with strong academic performance.
  • Relevant Experience - Internship, co-op, or early professional experience in marketing, sales, service, business development, or related areas.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to approach challenges in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way while managing complex topics effectively.
  • Initiative & Curiosity - A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and take ownership of projects and development opportunities.
  • Mobility & International Readiness - Willingness to relocate and work internationally during the program. Participants will begin in the US before transitioning to TRUMPF Headquarters in Germany for a significant portion of the program.
  • Visa Eligibility - Ability to obtain a valid work visa for Germany is required.
