Job Description:

At Credera, you'll be treated like a full-time consultant from day one. As a Management Consultant Intern, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to solve complex business challenges, build relationships with clients, and deliver meaningful results.

Our internship program combines hands-on client work, professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities designed to accelerate your growth. You'll begin your internship with onboarding and training before joining a project team, where you'll contribute to real client work that creates measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Depending on your client engagement and project, your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting research and analysis to solve business problems
  • Supporting stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Documenting requirements, meeting outcomes, and key decisions
  • Developing recommendations and presenting findings to project teams and client stakeholders
  • Supporting project planning, execution, and risk management activities
  • Synthesizing data into actionable business insights
  • Creating presentations, reports, and other client-facing deliverables
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes

  • Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location for the duration of the internship, if applicable

$30 - $33/hr


Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
