We're Hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist!
Are you passionate about soccer and ready to kick-start your digital marketing career? Join the winning team at Soccer Post-the country's largest chain of local, community-focused soccer specialty stores. We're expanding nationally, and we need an energetic, creative player to help us grow our online presence!
About the Role: This is a high-impact, entry-level, full-time opportunity where you will be instrumental in shaping our brand's digital story. If you love connecting data insights with creative content and want to take ownership of projects from day one, this role is for you.
You'll be scoring goals by:
  • Creating Visual Magic: Designing eye-catching graphics and visual assets for social media, email, and website campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Driving Content: Writing compelling blog content that supports our SEO goals and reflects our brand voice.
  • Owning Social: Managing day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement for 1-2 key Instagram accounts, including developing and executing follower growth strategies.
  • Collaborating: Working with a national network of content creators to coordinate campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
  • Email Mastery: Building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns (flows, segmentation) using Klaviyo.
  • Analyzing & Optimizing: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing metrics (engagement, ROI, conversion rates) and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field (internships/freelance counts!).
  • Demonstrated graphic design skills with a portfolio.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience managing Instagram business accounts and a strong understanding of organic follower growth.
  • Comfortable using marketing analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Klaviyo dashboards, and Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized and ready to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
