Job Description

The Software Development team creates trading tools, for the operation of a high-performance system, deployed in financial marketplaces around the world. The development role focuses on the design of our order management protocol, managing internal message processing as well as connectivity to external trading destinations.


This position will be embedded in a newly created trading team.

- Initial projects will be to familiarize oneself with our trading system and understand all interactions.
- Soon to be involved in unstructured problem solving once he/she has a grasp of what the group currently needs, and how the firm hunts for future revenue.
- He/she will immediately by a part of the trading team compensation pool.

Qualifications

* C++ programming in particular "Simple C++"
* Exceptional programming skills.
* An obsession with building quality software and keen to innovate.
* Strong knowledge of computer architecture, caching, memory hierarchies, data flow and software optimization.
* Extensive experience developing in a Linux environment.
* Internship to 6 years of industry experience, have the team to train
* We would love to hear about a specific problem you solved with code.
* We are seeking for critical thinkers who are passionate about technology.
* Experience in distributed and/or highly concurrent systems is a plus.
* Experience in low-latency systems is a plus.
* Interest in trading and financial markets.
* Entrepreneurial desire to succeed.

Additional Information

Total Compensation Package 120k to 200k
Compensation package includes salary, performance bonus, along with full benefit package.
