Overview

We're looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to play a critical role in ensuring every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, compliance, and client satisfaction. This position is key to maintaining our reputation for excellence by driving quality assurance practices, upholding rigorous safety standards, and ensuring project execution aligns with specifications and schedules.
Responsibilities
  • Complies with all pertinent environmental health and safety programs
  • Monitor and administer the QA/QC plan or program to ensure that quality related activities or functions are undertaken on the projects
  • Observe production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications are being met and contractual requirements are fully implemented
  • Maintain controlled copies of Work Procedures Manuals and Forms
  • Implement inspection criteria and procedures
  • Conduct and document necessary field inspection investigations, and prepare and distribute timely associated reports
  • Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality
  • Make sure that equipment and parts are operating correctly as well as meeting industry and regulatory standards
  • Participates in the development of procedures and quality improvement solutions related to specific assignment area

Qualifications
  • Must be willing to work long hours and adhere to on-site work schedules.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Incumbent must pass a drug test.
  • Ability to work in extremely adverse weather conditions
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards
