Position Overview

Invent Learning Hub (ILH) is seeking a passionate, student-centered, and growth-minded 6th Grade English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher to join our innovative charter school community. Essential ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Curriculum
  • Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned 6th grade ELA instruction.
  • Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Design lessons that promote critical thinking, analysis of complex texts, and structured writing.
  • Incorporate diverse texts and culturally responsive materials.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including students with IEPs and English Learners.
  • Use formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction.
Classroom Culture
  • Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and student-centered classroom environment.
